To get this to be what people see after you ring their doorbell and run, follow the steps below...
1) Start by saving the image to the left on your computer.
2) Print out the image. Regular printing paper will work fine, however card stock would create a more durable Rick and Run.
3) Cut out the image. Please note that although I used scissors here, an X-Acto knife would be easier and provide better results.
4) Fold the cut-out down where it indicates.
5) Fold the cut-out up where it indicates.
6) Fold the cut-out down where it indicates.
7) Fold Rick's head down. Please note it may be easier to use both hands for this, the image is just an example.
8) Fold up Rick's head so that it is straight up.
9) Tape the cut-out so that Rick's head is directly in front of the peephole. Please note that it would be a good idea not to tape over the door bell, I just did a crappy job.
10) Rick's head should be about an inch away from the peephole. Please note that I would recommend trying this out on your own door a few times to get the positioning and distance right.
11) Ring the door bell and run! When your prank victim looks out the peephole to see who is there, they will be greeted by a Rick Roll! It not pizza; its a Rick Roll bitch!

I laughed pretty hard.
lol, I did this, ran the doorbell on my friend's house, clicked the play button on my portable stereo (Playing Never Gonna Give You Up on full volume, of course) and ran as he ran to the door, and started yelling many swears in my direction >.<
